Optimised inventory management improves liquidity
Eco2Solar required complex inventory management capability, with a system capable of managing the logistics of an international supply chain, the ability to track stock whilst in-transit and to manage the distribution of solar panels to sites across the UK. NetSuite’s demand planning functionality enabled more accurate stock management and optimised the supply chain, ensuring stock arrived at the right site at the right time.
Field Aware optimised field service scheduling unlocking extra capacity
Working with several developers in sites across the UK, meant that Eco2Solar needed to keep track of dozens of employees and sub-contractors across several sites on a daily basis. Managing the scheduling requirements of hundreds of field service users and their vehicles, as well as company stock was proving challenging with existing manual systems. NetSuite’s Field Aware extension provided resolved the issue by optimising the process and creating over 300% additional capacity in the business, more than covering the costs of the software.
